From Eastlake Avenue, turn west on Hamlin Street, down the hill to the waterfront. Veer to the left at the bottom of the hill and park in the lot near the Hamlin Pier. NOTE: if traveling from South Lake Union, Fairview Avenue dead-ends before reaching my office. You'll have to go up to Eastlake Avenue.

We're downstairs at the north end of the building, literally over the lake.

From I-5 southbound, take the 45th Street exit, turning left toward the UW. Turn right in 4 blocks onto Roosevelt Way. Cross the University Bridge (You're now on Eastlake Avenue) and travel southwest about 3 blocks to Hamlin Street, turning right. Eastlake makes a turn to the south at this signal. Travel down the hill to the waterfront. Veer to the left at the bottom of the hill and park in the lot near the Hamlin Pier. We're downstairs at the north end of the building, literally over the lake.

From I-5 northbound, take the Lakeview Blvd exit, turning left at the stop sign. Follow Lakeview around under the freeway to Lynn Street. (Actually, I think Lakeview turns into Boylston along the freeway.) Left on Lynn Street to Eastlake, turn right on Eastlake, heading north to the bend in the road, Hamlin Street. Turn left, down the hill to the waterfront. Veer to the left at the bottom of the hill and park in the lot near the Hamlin Pier. We're downstairs at the north end of the building, literally over the lake.

From 520 westbound, travel almost all the way to the end where 520 meets I-5. Take the Roanoke exit, turn left crossing over I-5, then right onto Eastlake. Heading north to the bend in the road, turn left on Hamlin Street, down the hill to the waterfront. Veer to the left at the bottom of the hill and park in the lot near the Hamlin Pier. We're downstairs at the north end of the building, literally over the lake.
